She makes me make believe that santa is real.
Makes me believe that pixies with wings whisper sweet nothings into her ears at night.
That stars are the brightest things in the sky,
that when it rains angels cry, that everything can be resolv ed in a simple wish.
She makes me make believe that life is a gift.
That jumping rope is the best form of exercise,
that breaking promises is breaking hearts.
Makes me not believe in time.
She makes me believe that I can be finished before I start.
She makes me believe in no boundries in life,
makes me think twice about doing wrong when I know what is right.
She makes me live life to the fullest, to enjoy the world.
I congratulate my uncle for such an inspiring little girl.
She makes me believe in fairytales, and ghost stories, and Dr. Suess, and Barney, and Barbie, and that mouse we call Mickey, and that reading is tricky.
That the turtle can beat the hare.
That we can go anywhere.
She makes me believe that we are free.
She makes me make believe in me.
